The City Clerk's Office provides ongoing administrative support to the City Council and City staff. The Office is responsible for: coordination and preparation of City Council meeting agendas and packets; City records management; Municipal Code maintenance; election administration; administration of local reporting requirements under the Political Reform Act, reporting to the Fair Political Practices Commission and/or the Secretary of State. Contact information is as follows:
