Encroachment Permit Management & Inspection Projects Update

The City issues encroachment permits for all work performed on the public right-of-way by private developers, contractors or utility companies. The Senior Civil Engineer coordinates the plan check process in-house or through private engineering firms, and assigns a City Public Works Inspector to inspect the work.
