Long View Park is located on a prominent hill in the southeastern corner of the City and there are 360-degree panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and the surrounding hillsides and valleys (See Map). The public park is located within private gate-guarded residential communities and public access to the park is provided by private streets that connect to Camino Del Avion and Old Ranch Road. The public is allowed vehicle and pedestrian access through the private gates at Pacific Crest and Fairlane Road which lead to parking along Park Paseo. From Park Paseo, a sidewalk meanders up a hill to the east and through a grove of Eucalyptus trees.
