Animal Control services are provided by Mission Viejo Animal Control Services through a contract with the City of Mission Viejo and as mandated by City codes and County Health Care Agency regulations. Services include the shelter, licensing, field services, and public education programs. For Animal Control services, including license information, please contact the Shelter at (949) 470-3045.
